From Satisfied Clients

I have had the great pleasure of having TWO significantly different hair styles by Ben. Before my first hair style with Ben near the end of 2004, I was a guy who hadn’t been to a hair stylist for at least a couple of decades.  A number of factors called for me to have a shorter hair style and I chose Sharifian Salon and Spa after reading nice comments about Ben at Toronto.com where his salon is considered one of the ten best.  I needed a really competent cut to reduce the length of my hair that went almost halfway down my back. Ben took off about a foot and a half of hair – and a decade of aging! The women in my work world typically used the word ‘awesome’ when they saw me with this new hair style that was basically one length – down to almost my shoulders. I remember seeing at least one ‘rock star’ with a cut like this and … well it was pretty cool! One of my college students who saw the cut for the first time at the end of term gushed that she would have come to more classes if I had had that cut earlier. I was totally unaccustomed to all the ongoing favourable attention and praise.  

The second hair style was just before going into this summer season. I asked Ben if there was a cut or something that might be cooler to wear in the summer and he was right on it. This new style is a short style and very simple to maintain.   I think I lost ANOTHER 10 years!  AGAIN … and perhaps with even MORE fervour … “AWESOME” is the word the women have lavished upon the style.  I like the attention!   

Moral of the story: I had little idea what I wanted as far as a hair style – on each occasion when I asked for some change – and so I put my trust in Ben.  I am EXTREMELY pleased with his vision and his skills and for his ability to help me turn back the clock and appear MUCH younger! THAT is amazing!  SOMEHOW … I feel that an ‘inner power’ has been unleashed in me. I don’t know what that is exactly but all I can say is … a cool cut is pretty fun and I am very appreciative. Thanks Ben!  

Thank you so much for the pictures, I was trying to forget what I looked liked before you! everyone loves what you did but I love it even more again can't thank you enough and I will be sending my daughter to you sometime in October again thank you.  You have made me feel better about myself than I have in a long time.

"I just thought I'd let you all know that I went in on Saturday for a haircut and highlights and I couldn't be happier! It's awesome!
I admit that I'm a little paranoid when it comes to my hair (it's always been really long and I have colour issues) but Ben made me feel completely at ease (aside from his little joke about my hair turning purple ) and Susan was very supportive and absolutely great! They really are two amazing people and Ben is an amazing stylist! I can't even put into words how happy I am!
Not only did I have a great time with the two of them but my FI, Bri, was with me the entire time. He was having so much fun chattin' up a storm and was so pleased with the two of them that he even booked an appointment for a cut and highlights for HIMSELF! How crazy is that!
My advice is to use the coupon available on-line, make an appointment and check it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed and you may even have yourself a new stylist for life! Honestly, I'm amazed! "  Jennifer , Mississauga

Maggie absolutely love her hair, both when it was straightened (she's got great curly hair) and then once the curls came back it was still gorgeous! I know there have been a few other brides looking for a curly hair cutter, he's great!

I had mine cut on Friday and as if the cut wasn't great enough, I let Ben and Maggie decide to give me blonde highlights (first time ever). All day long people have been complimenting me on my hair and I'm so happy with it.
